Harbor Abstract: Viewpoints
Harbor Abstract: Viewpoints
“Harbor Abstract: Multiple Views” is a limited edition print which was photographed during a rain storm at a small fishing harbor near French Creek located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Due to weather, all of the fishing vessels were in port creating a dense scene of decks and masts in the harbor. The print is created from several photos of vessels shot from different viewpoints which are blended together in Photoshop to create abstracted harbor layers. These spatial layers convey the congested depth in the harbor and the visual movement and cacophony of the scene over time.
Available as an unframed and framed Giclee print on matte finish Hahnemuhle Photo Rag stock (shown here), as a glossy HD Metal print, as an Under Acrylic Fuji on Maxima print bonded to aluminum Dibond, and as a matte canvas or textile print on stretchers.
