“Storm Shelter” is a limited edition print which was photographed during a rain storm at a small fishing harbor near French Creek located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Due to weather, all of the fishing vessels were in port creating a dense scene of decks and masts in the harbor. The image is created from several photos which are blended together. The blended layers explore the repetition of the masts, rigging, and boat hulls that create overlapping visual rhythms and movements which give life to the composition.
