Matte Canvas Prints use an advanced eight color Inkjet printing technique that form a layer of pigment on the surface of the canvas. The inks are encapsulated in resin which maintains their brilliance for decades and makes the print water resistant.

• Stretchers are available in 13/16” (0.79”) depth or in 1 9/16” (1.56”) depth.

• For unframed Canvas Prints use the image wrap option where the image continues across the front and the sides of the stretchers.

• For framed Canvas Prints use the mirrored edge option which adds mirrored imagery to the fabric on the edge of the stretchers that is covered by the frame. This leaves the entire photo print visible from the front.

• Use a Floater Frame (Basel profile 0.59”) with brown alder, natural maple, and white maple options. To see the options go to the PRINTS menu and to Wood Frames and to Canvas Basel Floater Frames.

Any image in the Contemporary or Traditional Gallery under the SHOP menu can be printed as Matte Canvas on stretchers. If you are interested in an image which does not list this option or have requirements not listed, please contact Alteredfoto for additional information.
